-Some great people working here. -Work for some great companies

Cons

-Low salary -No in team promotions no matter what, Many years in the same position even though I'm a top performer consistently on the team with former management experience. -HR and Management seem to work together to reduce complaints and apply a quick fix method. -Terrible communication from management down. -Managers only out to promote themselves in all cases.

Good commnication between different levels, great people to work with, all team members bring various skills and knowledge, management let you do your job without unnecessary interference. Overall very positive experience.
