      Milgard "Clearly Structured"

      Pros

      Very structured organization. Policies and procedures are detailed and expectations are clear. Good customer service is clearly important throughout the organization.

      Cons

      MPS is so comprehensive and time consuming that it takes away from necessary time spent on critical job functions.

      Pros

      Job duties are very clear, and this is a performance oriented workplace.

      Cons

      Although job duties and goals are clear, and this is a performance oriented employer (which is great if you are not a slacker)...politics still rule here, and the butt kissers seem to get further even if they don't do a good job. But...that is prettty standard no matter where you work.
