      friendly people, old owners were wonderful

      housing market is bad and this is reflected in window manufacturing

      Pros

      People are pretty nice and try to be helpful. Good discount on product.

      Cons

      Disorganized. Benefits are not great. Time-off is below average. No room to be creative or have your ideas heard. Very strict corporate atmosphere. Senior managers create a lot of useless "busy work" that do nothing but keep you from doing your actual job. OK if you are looking for a job but not good for a career.
