      Pros

      Very structured organization. Policies and procedures are detailed and expectations are clear. Good customer service is clearly important throughout the organization.

      Cons

      MPS is so comprehensive and time consuming that it takes away from necessary time spent on critical job functions.

      It was a great work environment, a stable job and fun to work with many talented people. All associates are encouraged to learn, grow and lead.
