Pros

Most people--management and rank and file--were great to work with. Management was mostly supportive and encouraging. Company systematically tried to follow corporate values.

Cons

Too many hours--exhausting. Employees were expected to work until finished--often up to 13 hours per day. An employee rarely knew exactly how long his or her shift would last.

Great team of people to work with. Strong commitment to the customer. Good products.

Cons

Hit hard by the downturn in housing. As our market kept dropping there were many changes in direction and cuts in headcount. Hard to deal with but understandable as the company (and the industry) were in a fight to survive.

Pros

Great people to work with . People who work hard and do not bring their own agendas do very well. There have been some bad eggs (posting on this board) but were either fired or left the company. Executives are good people..seem to care a lot about employees

Cons

Profit sharing was cut and just recently started up again but not a lot. Lot of changes past few years but looks like its getting better. Bonus program is best I ever had.
