      Pros

      The Milgard/MITER Brands culture is supportive, collaborative, and willing to try innovative ideas to push the organization forward. As an employee for just over a year, I am surprised every day to learn about team members who have started in production or an entry-level position and years later have been developed (and promoted) into more senior or management positions. I was hired on as a remote employee and have been appreciative of the values based family culture that has made me feel a part of the team even when I mostly interact with others through a web cam!

      Cons

      As a motivated and quickly growing organization, Milgard/MITER Brands sometimes has apprehension to change. The organization has grown to a nationwide organization and is actively working through growing pains. For some who don't like frequent change or are rigid in their ways, this could be a tough environment to feel successful within.
