Pros

The product and company reputation have been established for a long time. It's nice to sell/market a product that works. The Portland Plant/Team works well together. Free food trucks are provided on occasion.

Cons

It's a lot of work and coordination. There are many requests, emails and calls to deal with.

Cons

Not everyone was their to see the lob through to the end. A lot of babysitting and chasing associates around to remain at their work stations.

Never knowing what your doing that day keeps it interesting Good benefits Great people

Cons

Starting pay offer was meager. I have journeyman lvl experience and negotiating for near the higher end of their pay rate was completely off the table for reasons of me potentially "leaving soon after hire".
