Fast pace job make time go by faster if you like to stay busy

Cons

Too much work expected for the pay. Hard to advance. Absolutely no training to get next level raise. You get raise once a year if you get lucky. Monthly bonus is almost impossible to get. Might advance faster working for McDonald’s

Pros

Most of the people are wonderful and want to succeed as a team. Very good at providing PPE and rotating employees in production to avoid work related injuries. Could be more appreciative of the job Service techs perform.

Cons

Many of those in management, HR included, work very hard to cover their backs, not realizing the dedication of the excellent employees who they overload, lay the blame, and take for granted. Quantity over quality when it comes to production. They should slow it down and pay attention to the details. Stop listening to people who love to hear themselves talk, and listen to the boots on the ground.
