Never knowing what your doing that day keeps it interesting Good benefits Great people

Cons

Starting pay offer was meager. I have journeyman lvl experience and negotiating for near the higher end of their pay rate was completely off the table for reasons of me potentially "leaving soon after hire".

Pros

I've always loved Milgard products! (I've bought Milgard vinyl windows and patio doors for 2 homes over the years.) I was thrilled to learn they had a marketing position available 5 years ago when I was job hunting and felt it was a dream come true to work for a brand I respected. It's a family oriented company that cares about it's team members. The company values are aligned with my work ethic and the people are friendly and welcoming. Virtual working has been an option.

Cons

The building if Fife is a bit outdated, but, they are working on improvements.
