Great work environment- training is extensive and teamwork is awesome. Tools are provided to help you succeed. Area is always performing and work is available.

Cons

Huge territories with long work hours and the call center is overwhelming with lots of pressure to perform. HR has one of the most strict attendance policies I have ever seen.

Pros

Everyone is treated with the respect they earn. Milgard provides opportunities for growth and advancement to those who show initiative. Milgard provides fair benefits and compensation packages, as well as; quarterly, monthly, and yearly incentive programs to reward superior performance.

Cons

The work can be highly repetitive. Strict deadlines provide additional stress at times. Due to the nature of the material being processed and machinery used, the element of danger is always high.

Friendly Staff, majority of workers are trying to do their best in a difficult situation.

Cons

Poor product quality, poor managers, too much OT required because of poor management and being constantly under staffed. No work life balance.
