You will be amazed how much more senior leadership makes over entry-level positions including HUGE bonuses more than the yearly salaries of those at the bottom. Publicly at events they speak a big game for employee rights and diversity, but do not put any of it into practice. All leadership sees is dollar signs rather than the individuals who have been struggling through a global pandemic. Always ask for the salary band when offered a position or during promotions, it may be an eye opener.

The organization does not value those that work hard and seek out new opportunities. You are only allowed to get a raise or promotion once a year at your end of year review. You are constantly assigned responsibilities outside your role without any additional compensation. The HR Department is also a joke. They don't take concerns seriously and they never prioritize you.
