1. No transparency 2. Not professional 3. Dont respect their employees or treat them right 4. Act as if they are doing you a favor 5. Pathetic communication 6. Horrible health benefits 7. Absolutely no pay rise 8. No PTO 9. Mess up paperwork during visa process

There is no one in a position of power within this company who hasn’t more than earned it 100 times over. They’re a group of truly incredible people who are the first ones in and the last ones out. They’re the kind of leaders who would never ask an employee to do something they wouldn’t be willing to do themselves and they prefer to earn respect rather than demand it.

Cons

When you’re working under such capable, compassionate people there really aren’t any.
