The office is close to good lunch spots.

Cons

I came into this job wanting to do well, and at first I felt hopeful. The team tried to stay upbeat, but the constant confusion made it difficult. Tasks often changed without warning, and it slowly wore down everyone’s energy. I kept telling myself things would improve. Now I feel tired more than anything.

Meeting rooms are comfortable here

Cons

We have many meetings, but nothing changes afterward. People share ideas, but they disappear once the meeting ends. It feels like talking into the air. The lack of follow‑through makes the team lose trust. Work becomes repetitive and unmotivating.
