Millennium Software is a fantastic company with forward-thinking leadership who invest in their employees and provide us with all the support we need to reach our career goals. I truly appreciate the lengths they go to demonstrate to us that we are indeed a valuable asset to the company. It keeps morale high and makes me excited to do my part.

Cons

While there is certainly room to grow within MS, it can take a while to get to where you want to be. Persistence is key to ensuring that you see the results you want.
