Pros

It’s a good company to work in consulting. The relationship is valued very much at every layer. I am working here for more than a year now and will be leaving shortly for a better opportunity. Salaries are credited well on time and communication about change in processes is very clear. I rarely contacted the HR & admin team in the last 15 months. Their HR team does a good job.

Cons

Insurance coverage and premium need to be looked at as other companies are offering at competitive rates for salaried employees.
