When Work Feels Like School Again

Pros

The salary is decent, and the office is in a good area

Cons

Imagine a company where management isn’t a team—it’s a reality show called “Who Wants to Be the Boss Today?”at Millenium, everyone seems to run things their own way, like a school full of teachers all competing to be the principal… except no one agrees on the syllabus.Morning meetings are like daily assemblies, except instead of announcements, it’s mostly people blaming each other. The owner plays the strict invigilator who trusts no one. Leadership feels like class monitors the fastest one to say “sorry” wins, even if they’re not wrong. Standing your ground Not part of the curriculum. Work ethics and processes feel like a class with no rules, but tests happening anyway and then comes the most interesting part—never-ending hiring. It’s like new students keep joining the class every week, but instead of improving things, people are quietly removed, and the classroom just gets more crowded and confused. Job stability feels like surprise tests—you never know when you’ll be picked next. And the updates? They sound great… but feel like answers that don’t match the question.

Pros

* Strong presence in the US market with access to reputed clients * Opportunity to work on global projects and international standards * Exposure to diverse technologies and industries * Faster career growth with higher responsibility * Good networking and continuous placement opportunities through staffing model

Cons

1) Job stability can depend on client projects and contract duration 2) Limited control over project/location changes due to staffing model 3) Benefits may vary based on contract vs full-time roles 4) Work pressure can increase during client deadlines 5) Growth and role clarity may depend on client requirements rather than internal structure
