Control room was clean and that’s about it
Cons
1. Long hours and barely any time off. They over work you and you don’t get paid extra because your salary. 2. President and upper management are terrible. The president does not try to remember peoples names and when you see him he would ask”what was your name again” if something goes wrong the first people to blame are the operators. 3. Toxic environment and the company has a high turn over rate. Both operators and field techs are treated terrible and the whole company has a high turn over rate because of that. Better off applying to somewhere else.
