Pros

Great benefits, and great products. Treats manufacturing employees well above average. Pay for assembly workers is low to start, but pretty high after about 10 years.

Cons

Enterprise strategy is destroying the empowered culture that was prevalent in the past. Becoming a highly micro-managed place to work. The company has a myopic view, and has nearly abandoned long range planning.
