      Pros

      There are some wonderful employees there, unfortunately, a lot of them have now left.

      Cons

      The acquisition of Knoll was probably too big for the company to handle and as such has lost the essence and DNA of what was once a wonderful company. Little to no career progression.

      Great co-workers that all support each other.

      Cons

      Constant change, micro-management, unlimited vacation that you can't take because even a day away from work sets you back a week, no support from HR when issues arise, everyone is looking for employment elsewhere, toxic work environment.
