      flexibility in schedule and unlimited vacation

      Cons

      Bad leadership, focused on diversity, equity, etc. Instead of selling furniture. CEO who pushes her liberal views on everyone and is a social activist, instead of a leader that values her employees. Her only concern is the stockholders and what her reputation is, not the people who work at the company.
