      no drug testing and ok benefits

      Cons

      ownership structure prevents corporate vision from being followed in individual practices. HR will side with an owner in the case of discrimination investigation.

      Pros

      Some really great people to work with. Good benefits, nice office, very convenient location.

      Cons

      Too much power given to one of the managing partners, no one wanted to deal with her wrath so the other partners pretty much let her run the office. Also, she had no concept of work/life balance, expected an admin to be available all day every day, and would be angry if you were not (even at 10:30 at night)

      Bonus,401k bonus, 37.5 hr work week

      Cons

      All employees are salary based on a 37.5 hr work week so they dont have to pay overtime and even if you work 40 you are losing pay for minimum of 2.5 hrs a week. They call you when you are on PTO and you still have to use a PTO day so you end up working on your vacation days
