Cons

• Work life balance can be challenging and varies a lot by project. • Growing pains as expanding into non-M&A projects. • Lack of well defined training programs.

Pros

Independence to pursue intellectually challenging new opportunities. Entrepreneurial spirit. Challenging work with brilliant coworkers. Growth opportunities limited only by my own talent. Financial rewards closely tied to my own performance. Unquestioned integrity.

Cons

The job can be demanding at times, with substantial overtime at times. As with most consulting firms, there can be material travel.

Benefits are decent, they provide free food on occasion, holiday party, summer outing

Cons

No official training program. Everyone is stressed and overworked. Office functions on a skeleton crew. It is frowned upon to take a day off. Alot of micromanaging. Very high turnover rate.
