It's a big company with lots of perks. They are very flexible and have lots of benefit options.

Cons

Not many people talk to each other. There is a big gap between management and admin. There isn't a lot of room to grow or move up.

If you're a self-starter and ambitious, it's a phenomenal work environment. Rewards entrepreneurship.

Cons

At more senior levels, less clarity on how your bonus will look. Often a conflict between developing business and billing hours. You're rewarded today for the latter, but the former will make you a principal.

They have very smart people working and high talent concentration. Also, the salary, bonuses and benefits are very generous.

Cons

Very unorganized organization. The top managers are unaware of what is going on at other floors and seem to have lost the control over the situation.
