Team atmosphere, yet you have a lot of ownership of your work. Very little micro-managing. Work-Life balance is great! My co-workers quickly became my friends and the management staff is approachable, practical, and supportive.

Still a lot of paper pushing. Although it has become more and more digital as the years go by.
