Excellent company with an outstanding reputation. Very focused on developing talent and promoting within. Generous profit sharing. Paid study time for SOA exams and generous bonuses for passing.

Cons

Significant pressure to succeed at actuarial exams with declining incentives. High billable hour goals still expected to be met during exams.
