The bonus arrangement is in a class by itself: unlimited. Once a threshold is reached of billed & collected hours, every hour beyond that, you get 50% of your billing rate. It is not uncommon to double or triple one's salary. The resources in regard to data, tools, expertise is without equal and I've worked at 4 other firms. They don't even come close. Very, very generous yearly contribution to retirement plan because the firm is doing so well, financially.
