Pros

Team members have very good backgrounds.

Cons

Something wrong inside of the company. Even the Millman back of it, it still has a lot of problems inside. Many employees complained this. It is not very very very .....very unstable. They make decision suddenly for change the company structure. It messed up from the employees and the boss. You never know what gonna happened and what idea boss gonna change. People look nice, polite and welcoming but actually, it does not mean you are really welcomed. You will not be treated valued in this company. Since even the HR, the manager they do not have the right to say something, It seems everything just depends on the Boss. So the people you met will treat you different two ways for in front of you and back to you. Do not believe anything they promised, otherwise you will be totally tricked. Boss only care about the benefits, not single humanity, not any caring of employee.

Pros

You work with some of the smartest people in the industry, great benefits, you’ll learn a ton!

Cons

Internal competition and politics should be studied. Your chances of rising to the top depend on the current EP’s situation. Not much diversity at the top although they’re changing that. Working hours are crazy.

Pros

OK bonus and good benefits Recognizable company name in the industry

Cons

Career path not clear, work not predictable. There is extremely high turn over. People are quitting all the time or getting laid off because they didn't want to commit to overload. Lots of social pressure to bill as much as possible. Gossiping, micromanagement and a culture of 90's
