      Pros

      Requires very independent thinkers I have a direct impact on the bottom line I work directly with people who use our product. Praise is given in the form of money.

      Cons

      Praise is given in the form of money. Very little praise aside from that. Can be a bit boring at times.

      Pros

      The people are knowledgeable and always willing to help. They also take great pride in providing quality and accurate work.

      Cons

      You do not receive feedback from the principals. It is also very difficult to advance quickly within the company. Finally, the office atmosphere is too professional. Most employees see clients only a few times a year but must always maintain professional appearances and behavior at all times.
