Not what it seems

Pros

The work they do is phenomenal. They are literally doing things with numbers and data that change the way things are done. I think the people want to do a good job.

Cons

Leadership is average at best and poor in several areas. There is a lack of minority voices, sexual orientation is frowned upon. Young up and coming professionals are told by leaders to not be part of DEI, as this will not allow for growth. There have been leaders that have told employees their religious beliefs based on sexual orientation and what they thought. There is a distinct difference how African Americans at the organization are treated. This is not a company of the future. This will remain a fool ole boys club.

Pros

Many opportunities for remote or hybrid positions. Has a long history and is well-established in the industry. Several smart and hard working employees. Great place to work if you are a workaholic and love to work long hours.

Cons

Low pay and subpar benefits. Terrible and near-sighted upper management. Unlikely to give you a raise or a promotion. Treats new employees much better than old ones. Employees suffer the brunt of poor management decisions. Will pressure you to underwrite your hours for budget purposes. Asks you for much overtime for the promises of a high bonus. Unreasonable expectations.

Pros

-Exposure to a wide variety of projects in a short period of time -Ability to develop both technical and non technical skills -Potential to make more money

Cons

-You don't have much of a life outside of work if you want to be successful -Colleagues will compete with you for projects and stab you in the back in pursuit of their own ambitions -People are often not willing to give you time for learning etc. unless it is billable -Hard to study for exams as client work always takes priority and principals usually don't say no to those who are writing the checks -The compensation and benefits appear good on the surface, but in reality are not too generous when you factor in the workload, deadlines, etc. -Only worth it if you're a principal IMO as you can make a lot of money
