I love it here. Besides the exam process, there is a lot of learning and room for innovation for even the analysts. Now this experience may change depending on the office. Benefits are really good.

Cons

Can't think of one. Worst part is there is no good barbecue restaurant nearby my office in walking distance. I can learn to like other foods.

It's a big company with lots of perks. They are very flexible and have lots of benefit options.

Cons

Not many people talk to each other. There is a big gap between management and admin. There isn't a lot of room to grow or move up.

Pros

Good learning opportunities. There's an expert in almost everything at Milliman and theoretically you could eventually specialize in whatever you want.

Cons

Less than ideal cooperation between offices, since they all operate independently. Work long hours in busy season, but slow season means YE bonuses aren't that great. Not much client-facing work compared to other consulting firms
