Pros
People are all very smart, driven, and generally give a great work environment
Cons
Incentives of working can create workoholic tendencies, compensation is very very bonus heavy (base pay is weak), the nature of the drive to move upwards/maximize revenue can be a bit harmful to lower level employees (the ones who dont have as much of a say in work engagements or hiring practices)
