*German based leadership and business culture (Merck KGaA), fake leadership, political based attitudes, unrealistic ideas, virtue signaling “high potential people”, a 350+ yr old drug company that doesn’t have any 10 top drugs.
*Horrible level of transparency, backstabbing middle management and senior engineers, delusional executives, obsession with diversity and DEI, unearned promotions, decaying workforce culture, resistance to making meaningful change, culture of no integrity, clear lies are never called out, evil characters are promoted as its thought “minority” people wouldn’t ever be like that, major coverup of the high turnover rate.
*Culture of uneducated perspectives, incorrect prospectives of the actual markets, removal of any engineer or worker that questions the management or senior engineers, a common practice of say one thing do another, underutilization of technologies, technical leadership offends the older workforce, too many Ph.D geniuses, not enough innovators, HR acts like a shadow police department, most non DEI professionals have moved on to work for competitors.
