None except you will probably not get laid off.

Cons

Low pay, no potential for promotion unless you are there for 10 years. The working conditions are poor and the building I worked in was old and infested with spiders. Someone I know got bite by a spider and their response was to be more careful. Really? Be more careful? if your building is infested with spiders chances are you are going to be bitten and it will not be your fault. Their review system was also designed to make sure people did not get promoted. It was a low paying job with little reward.

Big Company and stable. It is a good company as a step stone to bigger things.

Cons

The pay is horrible. Advancement is not very good. The benefit is pretty bad too. The company is not efficient nor innovative.

Pros

Laid back working environment with reasonable expectactations, however, this is very dependent on the department in which you work and your manager. I have experienced a fair workload with reasonable expections and timelines. I have a good level of autonomy, but help is always there when I need it. I haven't experienced an overt amount of competetiveness and there is a good sense of teamwork. They have a generous vacation and benefits package.

Cons

Salary ranges are on the low side comparatively. I have not seen a huge amount of job advancement. Money is sometimes tight for getting new technology and resources.
