No HR present at facility, most of managers were present through acquisitions from small company to larger company so management has small company way of conducting business and have not adapted to larger company. It’s better to be hired in as a permanent to receive fair benefits and compensation package. New rules under larger company policies threatens job security of employees hired before acquisition.
