Great company that isn't too big and isn't too little. Where everyone still knows everyone on a first name basis, open door policy really means just that and things actually get done. Where science really does come first.

Cons

Growing pains can be challenging for everyone to keep up with.

The Miltenyi Biotec San Diego office is full of smart, friendly people who will help you do your best. The facilities are comfortable, and even include an onsite gym. The best thing is that the work we are doing here is important and motivating!

Cons

Miltenyi's company culture used to be better many years ago and then deteriorated tremendously due to bad management. As a consequence, fluctuation has been high (many new openings because of that). Fear and pressure. Promotions are not based on performance but on how similar somebody is to senior managers. Bad managers attract and produce more bad managers. Women are oftentimes not treated with the same respect as men. Some buildings get very hot in the summer and there is no aircon.
