Getting by takes little to no work

Cons

Extremely questionable hiring practices. Upper management sleeps with their employees. No room for advancement or growth. Some of the upper management has no real experience in the fields they lead.

Easy to get by. That's it.

Cons

Pay and benefits are not comparable to biotech industry standards. No flexibility/allowances for working from home. Unprofessional and lots (I mean LOTS) of gossip (e.g., who's sleeping with who within the company, how ugly/hot people are, trashing people in a burn book).
