Pros
+Nice people, especially outside of work. +Good overtime pay.
Cons
-Almost dystopian work environment, with plenty of manipulation and CYA behavior. -Work came in bursts, but there was a lot of downtime where I was basically paid to surf the Internet. -Deals with military and some big airlines, so there's a lot of absurd requirements that aren't really necessary but have to be met anyway. -Work can become very run-of-the mill after a while. Very few people I knew did much new; most just did the same old stuff they did on the previous product on the new product. -Way too many project managers when I was there. Don't know if that's still the case.
