Some nice people work there...not many, but there area few.
Cons
On boarding of employees does not exist. I completed my paperwork and was plopped at a desk. No tour, no "here's what we're doing", no nothing. Two days later, I was given things to do with no, literally, instruction or expectation, just "go do this". There is no accountability for missing KPI's/SLA's and it's always a fire drill reacting to poor quality. Extremely lazy environment. Lots of standing around. From the day I started to the day I (happily) left, I just did what I hoped was right.
