While I was there the culture was really great. You work long and hard hours but it felt like a family environment.

Cons

The last year or so of my time there the culture became a little too political for me. The top two leaders on the sales side seemed to only look out for themselves. And it seemed the executive team responded most to those who sucked up to them which ultimately left them blind to actual issues that were developing.

-Honestly the free tickets to the games (which I couldn't even use because I worked them) was really the only perk

Cons

Toxic work envrionment, not paid what your worth, highly overworked-working nights weekends holidays and everything in between. Little respect and not a lot of growth opporunities.
