Pros

Hourly wage is good for a college part time job. You get a behind the scenes look into a NBA team. Great foot in the door.

Cons

Cheering and T-shirt tosses can be uncomfortable. Work hours aren’t stable. Some weeks you work 30 hours, others you work none. Claim to have advancement opportunities but for most it’s a dead end.

Pros

Inside Sales program teaches good foundation for selling for new college graduates

Cons

Extremely antiquated selling techniques pushed from management. No upward mobility- don't get too enamored with a "career" in sports because if you stay more than a couple years, your career will DIE.
