Pros

The work is rewarding and there's never a dull moment. Coworkers are helpful. The county benefits are great as well.

Cons

There seems to be a lot of turnover among the management staff. It would be nice to have more security staff available. There is a plan to privatize the facility at some point.

to get mandated after you have done your eight hour shift was always a bomber
