Pros

Hard-working dedicated group of employees who care about the organization and their role. With the Gannett merger, there are new resources and tools to help sales be more successful and develop stronger client relationships.

Cons

With the merger with Gannett, the organization has seen significant changes at all levels. With the Gannett restructure, many key individuals have been let go, the leadership team is weak and talented associates choosing to leave the organization.
