Pros
I worked at the JS in many capacities over many years. Sales, client services, digital, marketing, etc. The friendships I made there are ones I will carry with me always. The people are fun, friendly, hard-working and really work hard to promote a 'work family' atmosphere.
Cons
Unfortunately, pay is stagnant and people in marketing roles (not sales) or support roles rarely have the chance to make ANY money. This company has been through so much with mergers, takeovers, layoffs, etc, it's a shame to see so many good people have to find employment elsewhere in order to survive.
