Pros

-Majority of people are great -Truck, gas, insurance and wifi -Freedom to schedule your days -Employee discount -Blue collar -Demo Tools -Awesome job if you don’t have a family

Cons

-LOW PAY- record growth yoy but won’t reward hard work with better pay, you may get a shot glass though. -3% merit increases were a slap in the face when inflation was 9%. Probably wouldn’t need Happify if you paid more. -Zero job specific training, trainers hardly have any relevant experience. -Antiquated systems and processes that prevent you from performing optimally. AX might be older than some TTi reps. -Customers know they’re priority over Milwaukee Employees and constantly threaten -Update performance metrics, multiple people should not have made it beyond TR and are now in pretty high roles, which discourages the ones who actually work hard and didn’t get lucky with a good territory. -Very very big disconnect between Exec team/upper management and everyone else. -20% yoy is not sustainable

Pros

Breadth of experience and knowledge transfer in a very short time. Excellent experience with international suppliers. Medium amount of red tape.

Cons

60-80 hrs a week, and expect to work with a C class of marketing people. Very very poor pay increases. Little room to advance unless you want to become a manager. Lots of trips to China for 2-3 weeks at a time to ensure a supplier can meet the schedule. Bottom of the barrel suppliers in China where cost and schedule is god, and quality is an afterthought.

Pros

Benefits are very good. The company has done an excellent job absorbing the rising healthcare costs by not passing higher premiums onto the employees. They offer several perks and work hard to continuously present new options to senior leadership. There are a lot of intelligent, great people in the organization working hard every day and keep the company functioning successfully. Tons of energy.

Cons

HR leadership has been floundering for more than two years. The Sr. Leader doesn't have a strategic plan. KEY talent in critical roles are leaving on their own because of lack of faith in leadership. The Culture touts "People" as their biggest asset. Not necessarily the case. Across the company they promote those that give up their lives and play their game. Period. Even some that are promoted or moved into other positions after a poor showing in their current role makes it obvious to all. It's more of a game of giving up your life and playing politics than about the people.
