Lunch is subsidized, nice bathrooms, lots of conference rooms (tho never available)

Cons

Tons of meetings, low pay when compared to lack of efficient & effective network infrastructure, no automation yet salary is aligned as if present, lots of favoritism, promotions based on who you know, candid is encouraged but don’t do it! Lots of manual work and long days. Several sources of data with different results. Tribal knowledge not shared yet you’re supposed to figure it out. Zero diversity. People treatment based on role and personal feelings. All degrees weighted the same! Forget everything you formally learned before whether it be job experience or schooling because this place does everything different and doesn’t make sense most of the time. And that’s probably direct result of young, very young, managers.

Extremely small raises and bonuses. People make up for it by taking longer lunches and breaks Often have to carry the less experienced workers as they like to hire young inexperienced new graduates. No career advancement unless you are in the club" very cliquish. Communication between departments is terrible often leading to repeated work and mistakes. High turn over of new hires you get confused who is even working there it changes so often and management never communicates it to you so first time you know is the first the day they show up.

Everything Else. When I worked for Milwaukee Tool I only saw my boss three times. It's definitely a sink or swim position. If you do a million things right meaning: working weekends, traveling etc. it's not acknowledged. You do one thing wrong your on the black list.
