Pros
Mimecast is quite proactive in a lot of the right areas - from looking after its employees wellbeing to keeping them informed about what's going on in the company. The people are great overall - pleasant, professional and dedicated. It's also just a bonus to work for a company that is doing well in terms of reaching its goals.
Cons
The company is in that slightly awkward 'teenager' state, where much like a human teenager, the growth spurt is causing some pain. It's well-established and highly successful but still growing very rapidly and finding its adult groove is causing the usual growing pains - finding the right balance between process and red tape and maintaining a young, agile feel.
