The closure of our offices has had an impact on this work, but we are committed to ensuring that every Mimecaster has the opportunity to thrive. Through targeted efforts, such as our refreshed Mimecast Way values and behavioral expectations set in performance management, we strive to ensure our culture scales with our growth.
