      Pros

      I spent much of my career working at much larger companies, it is so much better working for a smaller growth company, The environment is fast paced but the Mimecaster are passionate and rally together. Leadership REALLY does care. Awesome that our CEO is visible and takes the time to get know us. Loving my job and my team.
