Pros
- Much higher salary compared to the industry. - Working from home on Wednesdays. - Small teams of 5-7 people.
Cons
- Despite doing well while being in the cyber space, there is no innovation or any vision to use historic data. - Almost none development opportunities after hiring. - Not many young people in engineering which makes it difficult to add value unless you are planning to use old tech. - A bit of random ad hoc stuff all the time and too many layers of management are causing confusion. - The company grows faster compared to what it can handle and this brings pressure and in some roles you do more things.
