Originally an amazing culture, people, product.

Cons

Then the great people left, the CEO left and they started doing continuous layoffs. All the great people who made the place enjoyable left or got moved on. With it and in its place, a bunch of people who haven't got a clue. The growth has gone, losing too many customers and stagnating. They need to rethink why that's the case, buying more companies won't fix that.
